The Willow Ridge Architectural Control Committee (ACC) was established in order to regulate the appearance, maintenance and use of all lands, and improvements thereon, subject to Willow Ridge Codes & Covenants.
The purpose of the ACC is to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures and the natural vegetation and topography for Willow Ridge Estates. Homeowners are required to request ACC approval prior to construction of any dwelling, building structure or improvement of any type such as pools, fences, play sets, basketball courts, etc. Homeowners are advised to review the Willow Ridge Codes & Covenants early in the planning stages of their projects.

Once you have filled out your ACC Property Modification form please use the Contact Us tab and select ACC Committee from the Send To drop down. You will be able to upload all attachments directly to this form. While the HOA does have thirty days to respond to all requests, our goal is to respond within one week.
